I just wanted to take the time to leave the Orlando division a 5 star review. For the last few years I've had the same sales representative, Paul Rudman and he's been excellent. As a hotel I order from many different places and I can easily say he is one of the most responsive reps I've ever dealt with. I place an order, he sends the invoice within minutes, I confirm it's correct and next thing I know the order is at my doorstep.
